Cancellation, Deposit & Lateness Policy

When booking an appointment at Gosh Hair & Beauty, you agree to the following policies.
 

Deposits
A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from your total when you pay in the salon.

Please note that deposits are non-refundable if you do not attend your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice.
 

Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

We are a small family-owned business, and when an appointment is booked that time is reserved specifically for you. Providing adequate notice allows us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client.

We understand that emergencies can happen. If something unexpected occurs, please contact the salon as soon as possible.
 

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment if there is not enough time remaining to complete your service properly.
